I have been working out for years, always in need of practice, knowledge
It is not that easy what we see in pictures and videos on social media, and I agree that most of the time it is fake, but we aren’t here to talk about fake bodies. Our article is about real built bodies. The dream bodies. Ones that require a lot of hard work, muscle soreness (DOMS), dilacerations and pains.
But once you go through all the hard times, you will realize that is the only way it should be done. It is bitterness that brings sweetness in the end. From the good hot physic you want – which will make you look fine in every piece of clothes you wear–, to the peace of mind and happiness because you are more confident than before and “satisfied”. (The desire of writing these words and expressing my thoughts too).
It’s not just words that I’m sharing with you, so I want you to feel me. Strength is intrinsic; you already have it within you. It’s just that sometimes it takes so long to become the version that you want, especially if you have some unfavorable conditions.

Change your unhealthy habits, less sugar
Find you a good workout partner, we all know how hard life is, and I believe that good people are the key for a successful challenge, and a great motivation. Last but not least, take care of yourself and health, by sleeping 8 hours a day – resting is one of the most important conditions because we merely cannot grow a muscle and regain the energy that our body needs if it does not get the necessary hours of rest.
This unlimited world needs people who are curious about it, the more you ask (trustworthy sources), the more you learn, and the more you get. Do not ever be bothered by asking people who may help you, neither to try some new exercises and programs.
